Insurance Coverage
Insurance is accepted for your initial consultation with Innovative Psychedelics. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover Ketamine infusions, as this leading-edge treatment is considered to be off-label use of the drug. If you decide to pursue treatment, your treatment visits will be self-pay.
Ketamine for Depression, Anxiety, PTSD
The mental health treatment protocol is a series of six IV Ketamine infusions, administered over a two-week period. Each IV infusion lasts approximately one hour. After this two-week treatment period, most patients return for maintenance infusions once every four weeks for one year.
The pricing for mood disorder treatment is as follows:
- $350 per infusion
- Initial consultation fee – insurance, or $100 self-pay
Innovative Ketamine accepts payment via credit card, health savings account and CareCredit.
Refer a patient to Innovative Ketamine and receive $200 off of a maintenance infusion if they undergo treatment.

Ketamine for Pain
Treatment of chronic pain disorders requires a higher dose of Ketamine and a longer duration of infusion time (2-3 hours). Our pain protocol typically consists of at least three infusions (depending on the pain syndrome you have), administered once a week. Pain treatment may require up to six sessions.
The pricing for pain disorder treatment is as follows:
- $900 per infusion
- Initial consultation fee – insurance or, $100 self-pay
